I am David & my opponent, is the 3rd Richest Congressman in California, his estimated Value is $200 Million, which he has contributed to himself while working as Our Current Congressman. Money Shouldn't be an ISSUE, for Who is the Wealthiest Candidate, but Which Candidate “CARES FOR THE NEEDS” of Our District?

Our District is First!
I will be spending my First 90 Days in the Office, 01 Feb 2025-01 May 2025, Working at Our District’s New Congressional Office, located in the Mission Valley Vicinity, with a FREE RENTAL AGREEMENT, for office space, for two years.
The two active offices located in La Jolla and San Marcos will be shuttered. I will be waiting for all the Mayors & Community Leaders, in Our District,
For a REQUEST, if any, and for any Communities, request to have a New Congressional Outlet in their vicinity, with a FREE RENTAL AGREEMENT, for office space, for two years.
I intend to assign at least one STAFF EMPLOYEE, with 2-4 local volunteers, to maintain each Congressional Outlet. All Staff Employees will be paid on a Salary Basis. My Platform will be named, “I CARE FOR OUR DISTRICT.
The Economy
- I will be Seeking Ways to cut Your Property Taxes, in Our District, by at least 15%
- Eliminate Child Care Expenses for Working Parents and Guardians, I will be setting up a FREE Program, that will allow parents to place their children in Safe Facilities, throughout Our District. This will most likely take 3-6 months to set -up.
- New Health Care Policy for Our District. Breast Cancer Research, Social Rights for EVERYONE, residing in Our District. LGBT Community will be Respected. Equal Rights For All of Our Citizens. Racial Equality will be DEMANDED.
- Become ENERGY EFFICIENT, in Our District. I will be working with SDG&E, to lower prices for electricity and gas. There is a Plan to build more Power Grids, in Our District, we first need to educate our citizens on becoming Energy Efficient.
- Our Drug Problem is Rampant, drug users in Our District, need assistance. The local hospitals in our district will be required to take the appropriate steps to eliminate the fatal use of all recreational drugs. There will be local medical facilities set up in our local hospitals, that will be required to establish the necessary procedures, to eliminate this drug problem.
- Our Southern Borders will be made SECURE AGAIN. All Violators will be prosecuted by our Local Law Enforcement Officers. Border Patrol Officers are not going to be utilized, as BABY SITTERS ANY LONGER.
- All MTS Busses and Trolleys will be REQUIRED to be in a SAFE & CLEAN Environment. All Port-a-Potties will be Cleaned daily.
- All Homeless & Homeless Military Veterans and their Families will be provided adequate facilities to reside in, within 90 days of my Successful Candidacy.
- I will never VOTE to DEFUND Our POLICE OFFICERS. Our Police and Sheriff Officers are the only VITAL LINK, to keeping Our District Safe. To reward Our Officers with adequate pay raises, on an equal basis, as our surrounding cities, that are currently paying higher wages.
I WILL NEVER VOTE ON ANY LEGISLATION, WITHOUT FIRST READING THE ENTIRE LEGISLATION.
I will immediately, be inspecting. how to prevent any & all wildfires, in our district. I will be setting up Water Stations, in the wildfire areas, to help combat any future wildfires. Possibly setting up some sort of Water Sprinkling Systems for the area houses, that are too near to the wildfire area.
The yearly mudslides in our district will be examined. We can formulate a plan of action, to install more competent drainage systems, this should improve the existing problems.
Agriculture concerns will be addressed promptly, I will be sending out Experts in the Field of Agriculture, to identify the existing problems, and I will be proposing Bills in Congress, for our local support. I will be looking into the Desalination Plants, to assist our water shortages. It costs less than seven cents to produce a gallon of water at the local Carlsbad Plant.
The Regional Office for the Veterans Administration is located in the Mission Valley Area. I will be investigating the proper way to rapidly enhance all existing Disability Claims. No veteran in our district, will no longer be turned away from the VA, without receiving the proper care & information, that they request. These vets have laid down their lives for our Freedom.
This a Short List of My Commitments to my Constituents, that I will always continue to assist Our District. To return Our Beautiful District, like it was, 10 years ago.
